Recently, I found a copy of
this book in a seldom-used inbox. It purported to have been written by
me... although I had never seen it before. On the other hand, the name
"Jilliope" seemed to ring a distant bell... and I did recognize
the photo on the cover.... and I am, after all, on Earth. What
could
this be? Examining it quickly, I recognized many of the photos. Indeed, the originals were sitting in a box in the next room. Moreover, the thoughts expressed (and the forms of expression) were unmistakably mine. But, when could I have written it? At a certain point in the book, I came to a photo which was taken just a while before. And, on the pages beyond that, there were things that hadn't (haven't) happened yet. No other conclusion could be drawn, but that this was a document from the future! Going back to the source code of the original email, my best guess is: Some years from now, when I compile this photo album for someone named Jilliope, I'll forward copies to a list of other addresses on which I've failed to do an adequate Temporal Alignment Scan ... and some synchronistic eddy in the aether will allow a copy to pass back in time to the mailbox in which I found it. (?) ((This, of course, is just a guess.)) Anyway, it's here now....however that may have happened. Fellow earthlings who have looked at it assure me that others might find it of interest, also. Therefore, I'm making the book available for all to read ... for free! You have the choice of HTML and PDF versions. I prefer the html formatting, but the pdf is easier to download. Take your pick.
